Kickstart your journey into government contracts with tips and tricks to build a solid foundation for success.
Breaking into government contracting can feel overwhelming, but with the right foundation, strategy, and tools, any small business can confidently compete and win. This four-part training series guides participants step-by-step through the essential elements needed to build the knowledge, infrastructure, and confidence to pursue real opportunities in the federal, state, and local procurement marketplace.
The series begins with Module 1, Creating a Foundation for Success, where participants learn how to determine if government contracting aligns with their goals, properly structure and position their business, identify the correct NAICS and PSC codes, and understand the required documents and registrations. By the end of the session, participants leave with a customized checklist and clear, actionable next steps tailored to their business.
