Presenter: Alicia Scovill – Founder, Scovill Construction & Contracting Services, LLC

Alicia Scovill is the founder of Scovill Construction & Contracting Services, LLC, where she helps small and mid-sized construction firms build the operational and financial systems, they need to take on more complex work without destabilizing their businesses. A military veteran, she’s known for steady, methodical follow-through and a calm head when projects get complicated …dependability clients lean on as much as her technical know-how. Drawing on years inside demanding construction environments, she focuses on what makes growth sustainable: job cost visibility, financial controls, subcontractor management, and public works compliance. Her work centers on closing the gap that opens when contractors grow faster than their systems can support … reducing risk, protecting profit, and keeping teams stable under pressure. She is also committed to building workplaces where fellow veterans are recognized and able to contribute fully. Through Scovill CCS, Alicia partners with contractors preparing to compete for and win public contracting work.
