Event description

Active Listening builds on strong questioning skills and focuses on the often-missed half of communication – how well we receive, interpret, and respond to others. This course helps participants slow down, listen with intent, and strengthen trust, clarity, and influence in everyday conversations.

Participants will learn to:

-Distinguish between hearing and true listening – and why the difference matters

-Use verbal, non-verbal, and follow-up cues to show they’re fully engaged

-Respond in ways that clarify understanding, reduce friction, and move conversations forward
