Women Owned Small Business
Overview of the Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) program and how it helps eligible women entrepreneurs compete for federal contracting opportunities. Participants will learn who qualifies, how certification works, and the benefits available to certified firms. The session covers the difference between the WOSB and the Economically Disadvantaged WOSB designations and how the program supports access to set-aside contracts in industries where women are underrepresented. Ideal for women entrepreneurs exploring certification and current WOSB firms seeking a clearer understanding of program requirements and opportunities.
