replacement of the HVAC units located at Dorm 301. The existing HVAC systems include two (2) Trane 15-ton gas package units. The existing equipment is aged, inefficient, and no longer economically repairable due to equipment condition and parts availability. This project will replace the currently installed HVAC systems with new high efficiency Trane equipment. Energy ratings for equipment are included in attached documentation.
