Description
Replacement of the HVAC units located at Dorm 302. The existing HVAC systems include two (2) Trane 12.5 ton gas package units and one (1) 5-ton split system. The existing equipment is aged, inefficient, and no longer economically repairable due to equipment condition and parts availability. This project will replace the currently installed HVAC systems with new high efficiency Coleman equipment. Energy ratings for equipment are included in the attached documentation.
