Description
Replacement of the HVAC units located at 504 Pre-Mil Dorm. The AC units have R-22 Freon Refrigerant and the current HVAC units can no longer be repaired due to parts being unavailable and are over 20 years old. This project will replace the currently installed HVAC units. The awarded contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to remove the existing HVAC systems and install new heating and cooling equipment in complete operating condition.
