7092 Kitchen Equipment Replacement

The Earle C. Clements job Corps Academy is a federally funded residential education and training facility that provides vocational training and meals for its student population. The facility is seeking bids for the replacement of select commercial kitchen equipment to support continued food service operations. The project includes removal of existing kitchen equipment and installation of new commercial grade equipment within the existing kitchen footprint. This work falls under the Construction Wage Rate Requirements (CWRR-formerly David Bacon Act). A CWRR wage schedule is provided as part of this solicitation. The intent of this project is to modernize kitchen equipment while maintaining continuity of operations, utilizing existing utility infrastructure where feasible, and minimizing disruption of food service. All work shall be performed in an active institutional kitchen environment and must be coordinated to ensure safety, compliance, and operational continuity.
