Cooler and Water Delivery Service
Description
The Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center is seeking bids for the Water Cooler and Delivery Services.
1. As part of the service, the contractor will provide seventeen (17) bottled water coolers. These are freestanding floor models that use 5-gallon bottles and will be placed across various locations throughout the center. Each unit will dispense cold water, use standard electrical current, be Energy Star rated, and include leak prevention features.
2. Estimated monthly usage includes approximately sixty (60) bottled water units during warmer months.
3. Deliveries will be made monthly on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. The contractor is also responsible for ensuring all units are sanitized, functioning properly, and that empty bottles are checked and replaced as needed.
4. Water coolers are distributed across multiple buildings on site, totaling seventeen (17) units.
6. All 5-gallon jugs will be dropped off at materials handling Building 599.
