General work description:
Consists in general of repair or replacement of existing culverts associated with the annual resurfacing projects. The project will also include but not limited to site specific culvert replacement work may also include minor HMA/Concrete work and site restoration. The project is in the vicinity of Supervisorial Districts 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5, in the unincorporated areas of the County of San Diego, State of California.
