Firebaugh - Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements

NAICS Code: 236220. The major work consists of upgrading the City of Firebaugh’s Wastewater Treatment Plant to an extended aeration activated sludge plant. Project will construct an aerated lagoon reactor by installing a floating chain aeration system in the existing polishing ponds. The floating chain aeration system will consist of aeration chains with diffuser assemblies. Project will also include the installation of blower for further aeration, two (2) secondary clarifiers, a return activated sludge/waste activated sludge pumping station, sludge dewatering system and storage pad, and constructing effluent storage ponds.
The time for completion is three hundred sixty (360) working days.
