French Valley Area Recycled Water Gap Pipelines

Eastern Municipal Water District (District) requests proposals to perform preliminary design,
review/validation, alignment alternative evaluation, and final design of the French Valley Area
Recycled Water Gap Pipelines which include: up to 2,650 LF of 8” at Evans Gap, 1,860 LF of 12”at the Jean Nicholas Gap, and 1,400 LF of 8” at the Murrieta Hot Springs Gap.

This Project will receive funding from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as part of
Congressionally Directed funding. The consultant shall be responsible for evaluating available data of the three gap sections, report any data and information inconsistencies, perform field investigations to identify existing connection points and any potential utilities between the established recycled water lines, provide a technical memorandum evaluating alignment alternatives and recommendations, develop construction cost estimates and schedules, and provide permitting and bidding support.
