FY26 B21 Mission Planning Facility, Dyess AFB, Texas
Description
This project will construct an approximately 47,000 SF single story Mission Planning Facility for B-21 operations. Construction includes drilled pier foundation, steel frame, masonry & metal panel walls & standing seam metal roof. The facility includes secure space and will
comply with Intelligence Community Directive 705 security requirements. Site preparation & improvements includes tree clearing & grubbing, earthwork & hauling, construction fencing, lighting & clean up. Roadways, sidewalks & parking includes a new parking lot, building
access drives & sidewalks. Site preparation includes removal of existing pavement, curbs & utility lines. Utilities includes relocation of existing main lines located within the facility footprint as well as new connections for power, domestic water, sanitary sewer & storm water.Communications includes multiple ducted runs of single mode fiber optic cable. Generator includes a 600KW diesel generator with automatic transfer switch, concrete pad & cabling.
