Grease Trap Service Open Annual
Description
Labor and Materials to clean and pump grease trap at Bldgs. 701 Cafeteria, 702 Cafeteria, 1526 Culinary Arts & 1535 Student Union. The service is to be performed three (3) times a year, every four (4) months.
1. Bldg. 701 Cafeteria two (2) grease traps with approx. 3,000 gallons combined per service.
2. Bldg. 702 Cafeteria two (2) grease traps with approx. 3,000 gallons combined per service.
3. Bldg. 1526 Culinary Arts one (1) grease trap with approx. 1,500 gallons per service.
4. Bldg. 1535 Student Union one (1) grease trap approx. 1,500 gallons per service.
Approx. 9,000 gallons per service equaling approx. 27,000 gallons per year. All grease traps at each location should be serviced in the same scheduled visit. Contractor must be flexible and able to respond to an emergency service call if required for all Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center grease traps.
