Inland Empire Utilities Agency, RFP-VC-26-001, Request for Proposals to Provide Project Management, Inspection, and Administrative Services

Butier Engineering, Inc. is seeking qualified DBEs, MBEs, WBEs, SBEs, and DVBEs for the Inland Empire Utilities Agency’s, RFP-VC-26-001, On-Call Project Management, Inspection, and Administrative Services.

The Consultant will be responsible for working with appropriate technical staff, consultants, and other Agency Departments in overseeing, coordinating, administering, and managing public works Capital Improvement Projects.

Consultant shall provide necessary equipment, including, but not limited to, cellular phones, software (MS Professional and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC), and computers at no additional cost to the Agency.

The Consultant shall provide necessary services to assist technical staff on capital improvement, Operations and Maintenance, and emergency projects in various phases of design and construction. Required Services may include but are not limited to Project Managers, Senior Engineers, Construction Managers, Resident Engineers, Associate Engineers, Estimators, Inspectors (Electrical, Building, Special, General water & wastewater), Owners Onsite Representative, Office Engineers, Engineering Technicians, Engineering Aides, Project Coordinators, Project Administrators, Risk Management Specialist, Dispute & Conflict Resolution Specialist, and Permit Coordinators.

Insurance Requirements:
General Liability: limits no less than $1million per occurrence $2 million aggregate Automobile Liability: ISO Form Number CA 00 01 no less than $1 million per accident Worker’s Compensation and Employers Liability: no less than $1 million per accident Professional Liability (E&O): no less than $1 million per occurrence or claim, $2 million aggregate
