Laney College Student Center Improvements, CA

This Project is part of Peralta Community College’s goal to upgrade its facilities to foster a better environment for its students by addressing existing damages and safety concerns at the Laney College Student Center Improvements Project. The building will remain closed during construction. The various renovations shall include replacement of existing flooring, ceiling tiles, drinking fountains, door hardware, lighting, exit signage, restroom plumbing fixtures, restroom tiles, restroom stalls, AHUs, reheat coils, as well as new paint, installation of new owner furnished TVs, and Fire Alarm upgrades.
