Project Management, Inspection, and Administrative Services Master Contract

The Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) request proposals for provision of professional services to be provided on an “on-call” basis under the terms to be established by a master service contract. IEUA has completed a ten-year forecast of capacity demands and capital projects, Ten Year Capital Improvement Plan (TYCIP). The current TYCIP has identified projects that are needed for the rehabilitation, replacement, or expansion of the facilities owned and operated by IEUA. IEUA seeks to identify and retain qualified Project Management, Inspection, and Administrative Services (“Consultants”) under an undetermined number of master agreements to supply IEUA with high-quality, cost-effective, professionals. The master agreement holders will serve on the approved list for Agency professional requirements for the duration of the master agreement contract term.
