AECOM is bidding on the following project as Prime Contractor:

On-Call Geotechnical Engineering, Materials Testing, and Inspection Services

Proposal due date: June 17, 2026

AECOM is seeking qualifications from Community Business Enterprise (CBE) companies for the following supporting services:

• Driller: perform geotechnical boring, sampling, monitoring well installation, downhole logging support, and associated services
• Geotechnical Laboratory: perform in-house geotechnical laboratory testing services on soil and aggregate samples
• Environmental Laboratory: perform in-house environmental testing services
• Traffic Control Service: provide traffic control service and traffic control plan preparation
• Geophysical Survey: perform subsurface survey using geophysical instruments
• Material Testing and Special Inspection: Perform on- and off-site inspection and material testing services.
• Material laboratory testing service

Experience providing similar services on On-Call Geotechnical and Related Services for the County of Los Angeles is preferred. This proposal is in alignment with the County of Los Angeles CBE Program requirements and certified CBEs are encouraged to respond.
