Description
The Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for renovation of the existing Steam Distribution System, including replacement of steam piping, trenching, vaults, expansion joints, steam traps; installation of chill water pump, sump pump, boilers, air separators, hot water pumps, expansion tanks, heat exchanger, circulating pump, thermostatic mixing valve and all associated electrical equipment and controls.
It includes new parking lot and associated landscaping. Demolition will include hazardous materials, old equipment, gaskets, piping, pipe hangers, insulation, black lid felt, landscape, trees, and miscellaneous items.
