Description
The lower-level Maintenance Shop experiences water leakage believed to originate from surface runoff from an adjacent basement area and shallow groundwater conditions. Existing lower-level ground drains are present; however, current site grading and drainage patterns do not adequately convey runoff or groundwater flows during normal precipitation events.
The selected contractor shall assess existing conditions and implement improvements to ensure proper drainage and long-term mitigation of water intrusion.
