Jack Bienko

John "Jack" Bienko is a federal executive, entrepreneurship strategist, and published author with more than two decades of leadership at the U.S. Small Business Administration. As Deputy Associate Administrator for the Office of Manufacturing and Trade, he supports SBA's work to strengthen American manufacturing and help U.S. small businesses sell American-made goods in overseas markets.

In his current role, Bienko advances the America First Manufacturing Agenda announced by Vice President Vance and Administrator Loeffler in March 2025, connecting small manufacturers and exporters to capital, contracts, and global buyers. Earlier at SBA, in senior roles across the Office of Entrepreneurial Development, he led programs whose alumni and partners secured more than $500 million in growth capital and $350 million in federal contracts, reaching tens of millions of America's small business owners through a national mentor network of more than 11,000 advisors.

Bienko has also held multiple leadership positions across banking, investment, and advocacy organizations, giving him an operator's view of capital access, deal flow, and Main Street stakeholder engagement. A published author, he writes on entrepreneurship, free enterprise, American manufacturing and trade, and U.S. economic competitiveness. He holds graduate degrees and certificates from Georgetown University and the University at Buffalo.

Bienko started on a Main Street where every storefront mattered. Today, he sits at the table with global leaders, but he still measures success the same way: assisting America's job creators gain ground.

Off-duty, Bienko aids the communities behind the businesses he supports — serving volunteer firefighters, the American Legion, Veteran-focused Heroes on the Water, and promoting student achievement.
