Neely purchased, now known as Neely Electrical, in early 2023. His over 20 years of electrical experience in combination with his long-term growth strategies and his work ethic has accelerated the growth of his company. Today, the 57-employee company specializes in industrial construction, maintenance, and design/build electrical systems, with extensive experience in mill and manufacturing environments across the Southeast and Central Georgia. Their work ranges from service upgrades and lighting conversions to full facility power distribution and MCC replacements.

Neely and his company have received consulting services from the Georgia SBDC, and he attended the SBDC signature program "Grow Smart". In addition to SBDC services, he received an SBA 7A loan. This initial injection of capital was able to help Neely with the purchase of the company where in 2025 he is on track to make $9 million annually.
